Oxygenotherapy - healing method based on oxygen inhalation. Oxygen application through nasal probe or respiratory mask. Hamam – parallel to Turkish spa. Contains a shower, basin and ceramic massage table. Visitors soap, brush, wash with cold water and massage each other.

Laconium – type of dry bath. Completely panelled dry relaxing-room with temperature of 32 - 36°C. Body temperature rises in short time and toxic substances are discharged from the body through strong sweating. Unlike sauna it puts blood circulation under less strain.

Thepidarium – characterized by great emphasis on relaxation. Visitors can relax on a heated bed tiled with ceramic mosaic in room temperature of 28 - 32°C. Recommended for final relaxation and calming of the organism.

Sauna – room panelled with wood, contains sauna heater capable of heating the room to temperature reaching from 75°C up to 85°C. The heater is covered with stones poured over with water now and then in order to increase air humidity for a while 25 - 30%. Sauna helps relax tired muscles and soothe the stressed brain. Swift heating-up and cooling of the body are repeated several times.

Cooling Pool – used to cool the body after sauna; rapid cooling makes you feel good, improves blood circulation and brings general relief.

Whirlpool - whirling bath adjusted for sitting and body hydro-massage; one of the most popular wellness procedures. Water temperature 34 - 38°C. There are no limits for the length of stay in the bath; nevertheless, it should not exceed 30 minutes.

Roman Steam Bath – room filled with steam mixed with natural essence of varied temperatures of 40°C to 50°C. Air humidity is virtually 70 - 90%. The body is exposed to heat and humidity and warmed up through heated seats. Following steam application you are recommended to cool your body in the shower or pool. Warming and cooling phases are usually repeated twice or three times. The procedure improves immunity, blood circulation, clears out airways, cleans skin and relaxes nerves and muscles.

Salt Steam Bath - inhalation - steam room with saltwater dispersed in form of fine mist. Used to warm the body and bring it to sweat. Moreover, fine droplets of mist are absorbed through the skin and respiratory mucosa- very beneficial and effective for skin regeneration, as eczema treatment, clearing airways and boosting natural immunity. Herbal Steam Bath - inhalation – steam room saturated with fragrances of several kinds of herbs. Temperature reaches from 40 to 45°C, air humidity 65 - 75 %. Recommended application time: ca. 10 - 20 minutes. Clears out airways and promotes blood circulation.

Kneipp Bath – feet bath based on active massage of the soles in the round pool with cold and warm water. Pool bottom is covered with pebbles. The therapy is suitable for treatment of headaches and cold feet syndrome. Has positive effect on blood circulation, especially in lower extremities, and helps harden the body.
