Liberec is only one hundred kilometres far from Prague and very close to the German and Polish borders. There are numerous golf courses in the region: courses for beginners with gentle slopes as well as more demanding courses located in the mountains; public courses as well as top-quality golf centres of the European level. Each of them is somehow different, however, they all are “supervised” by the majestic mountain named Ještěd with a TV transmitter on the top, the true dominant and the symbol of the region.
