Printed voucher delivery before Christmas
Printed vouchers must be ordered no later than December 14, 2023, 12 o’clock. After this deadline, their delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
The validity of purchased printed and electronic vouchers cannot be extended.
You cannot pay with benefit vouchers or cards in the e-shop. This option is only available directly at the checkout.
10 % discount
The additional 10% discount does not apply to family tickets, entertainment packages, multi entry cards, value and accommodation vouchers.
If you fail to find your tickets in your e-mail inbox after purchasing them, check your spam / unsolicited messages box. If your tickets are not there, please contact us on email@example.com.
If you wish to cancel your purchased e-ticket and get a refund, please contact us within 14 days of making your purchase on firstname.lastname@example.org – see the terms and conditions. Please include your order number and the number of the bank account where you want to receive your refund.
